Squirrel Nutkin Milk Chocolate by Beatrix Potter, FNA
The sight of squirrels, rabbits and ducks printed on chocolates just bring back all those good old reminiscence of early childhood where one is motivated to eat by these graphics printed on treats, candies and food.
The Cocoa Trees in 1 U, Damansara, KL is still having their promotion for milk chocolate inspired by characters from the world of Beatrix Potter--> A very good promotion I would say : Buy 1 Free 1, available in small package which contains 5 pieces of milk chocolates and a larger version as well which consists of an amount I'm not quite sure of.
Anyways, this is a far more pleasant experience compared to the organic chocolate bar but I would not say it's the best milk chocolate I've tasted so far.
Well, the texture is considerably harder and dryer than other milk chocolates available, take for instance, Cadbury's dairy milk chocolates. It has got a strong taste of cocoa but the dryness of its texture makes you crave less of it which is good, because you can control your crave and at the same time, you'll not feel extremely guilty after every bite.
However, it's not a bad combination with a glass of milk for a chocolaty midnite snack.
Just that it's not one of the best but I give credits to the beautifully stamped chocolates!
Well, whatever, they are still some good chocolates.
Love them and ate every piece without regrets.
